tonglen meditation guide
Tonglen is a Buddhist meditation practice in which one visualizes taking in someone else’s pain and suffering, while visualizing giving that person compassion and love. Through this practice, we can build stronger communities by becoming more caring and nurturing to each other in our daily lives. The practice of Tonglen rejuvinates the individual and the world around them. This is the spirit behind The Center for Nonprofit Solidarity.
